Shipping costs are rated by weight of our candles, air diffusers and fragrances. 10kg is R100, and 20kg is R200. Under 10kg shipping is free. We do not ship internationally. We are only shipping domestically.  

We ship between 3 -5 business days. We strongly encourage you to double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Keep in mind that we're not liable for incorrectly entered addresses. If you want to change your shipping address, kindly contact us within 24 hours. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If your order process has begun or your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to adjust your order.
